How to Proceed & Book Your Sessions
To participate in our clinical program in partnership with Integrity Physiotherapy & Pelvic Health, and to utilize your extended health insurance coverage, please follow these steps:
Schedule Your Intake: Call 613-287-1320 or email the studio to book your initial clinical assessment with the licensed Physiotherapist.
Clinical Assessment Review: The Physiotherapist will thoroughly evaluate your pathology and design your official, customized treatment plan.
Delegated Rehabilitation Journey: Your Pilates clinician will implement and progress your active 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions in direct coordination with your Physiotherapist.
Please Note: All administrative tracking, billing, and official Physiotherapy insurance receipts are issued and paid directly through the partnering physiotherapy clinic. These specialized 30-minute private sessions cannot be booked online via our standard Ubindi studio registration platform.
The fees for this program are payed directly at the physiotherapy clinic.
