Core Integrity Membership Terms & Conditions
Auto-Renewal and Billing Cycle
The Client authorizes Core Integrity to automatically charge their credit card on file every 30 days for the monthly membership fee. Memberships will continue to auto-renew on a rolling 30-day basis until formal written cancellation is received.Minimum Commitment Period
All recurring memberships require a strict minimum initial commitment of three (3) full billing cycles (90 days). The Client agrees that they cannot cancel or pause their membership during this initial window.Use-It-or-Lose-It Credit Expiration
Membership class credits are deposited into the Client's account on their monthly billing date. Unused class credits do not roll over under any circumstances. All remaining credits expire automatically at the conclusion of each 30-day billing cycle. It is the Client's physical responsibility to schedule their weekly sessions.Capacity Management & Strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Core Integrity limits Apparatus sessions to a maximum of six (6) clients and Mat work sessions to a maximum of eight (8) clients to ensure strict professional surveillance and safety. Because space is highly limited, the Client must cancel any reserved session at least twenty-four (24) hours before the class start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance (late cancellations) or missed sessions (no-shows) will result in the immediate forfeiture of that class credit. No exceptions will be made for illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts.Membership Cancellation & Travel Pause Policy
At Core Integrity, we want our programming to seamlessly support your active lifestyle. Our Memberships are fully flexible and operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts.
To Change or Cancel:
If you need to cancel your membership due to extended travel or lifestyle changes, please provide written notice via email at least fifteen (15) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
The Travel Pause Perk: Traveling for a few weeks or heading south for the season? You may temporarily pause your membership up to two (2) times per calendar year, for a duration of 14 to 90 days. Written notice via email must be received 14 days before your pause begins.
Standing Reservations Note: While we are happy to hold your membership status active during your travels, please note that any permanent standing reformer reservations will be released back to the general studio schedule during your absence to accommodate clients on our waitlists.
Completing my membership purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Core Integrity policy framework regarding credit expiration, space capacities, and the strict 24-hour cancellation window.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
All training packages and memberships must be paid in full on the date of registration. Core Integrity accepts the following forms of payment based on your chosen pricing plan:
Online Credit Card (Available for Memberships & Packages): Securely check out online using your credit card via Stripe. All online card payments include applicable taxes and credit card processing fees. This is the mandatory payment method for all auto-pay recurring memberships to ensure seamless, uninterrupted monthly scheduling.
In-Studio Credit Card (Available for Packages Only): We accept credit card payments at the studio via Square (processing fees apply).
Fee-Free E-Transfer (Available for 5 & 10-Class Packages Only): To completely save on credit card processing fees, non-membership class packages may be paid via e-transfer directly to sandrabonnpilates@gmail.com. E-transfers cannot be accepted for monthly memberships.
Package Expiration & Account Rules
Attendance Consistency: All class packages must be used within a 30-day window from your start date.
Package Validity: All training packages remain valid for a maximum of 45 days (a month and a half) from purchase. If you need to make up or reschedule a class, it must be completed within this 45-day window.
Final Sale: All training packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Studio Attendance & Courtesy
Strict 24-Hour Cancellation Window: You must provide at least 24 hours advance notice by email or phone to cancel or reschedule a training session. Cancellations made under 24 hours will result in the immediate forfeiture of that session credit.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session to preserve a calm studio environment and ensure you receive your full training time.

Liability Waiver
Pilates is not an inherently dangerous form of physical activity, particularly when following the guidance of your instructor; however, when using equipment such as the Reformer or Springboard, it is imperative that you adhere to the directions of your instructor to avoid injury.
It is recommended you consult with a physician before starting a training program. Prenatal and postnatal clients MUST consult with their physician and have received verbal clearance to perform physical exercise.
You should not experience any pain or discomfort during the course of the program. If you do, stop exercising immediately and inform the instructor.
I acknowledge and accept that my participation in a training program at Core Integrity is completely at my own risk. As a participant, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Sandra Bonn of Core Integrity from any and all responsibility or liability from injury resulting from my participation in the above-mentioned activities.
I have read and fully understood the foregoing and agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
