The "Balance and Restore" Pilates class is specifically designed for individuals who may be fragile or in the post-rehabilitation phase following surgeries, such as joint replacements. What to expect?
In both these programs, the instructor utilizes a range of equipment, including the reformer, mat, springboard, and various props, to tailor the session to the specific needs of the participants. Depending on the focus for the day, these tools enhance the effectiveness of the exercises, offering support and resistance that promote strengthening, mobility, and balance. This variety not only keeps the classes engaging but also allows for a more personalized approach, ensuring that each individual can safely progress in their practice while addressing specific challenges and goals.

5 class pass –$225+HST ($45/class)
10 class pass–$400+HST($40/class)
