Introduction
Once you are done with the beginner level, chose any intermediate level class to continue challenging yourself. If you have any experience in Pilates and you want to ease back to it, the intermediate level is for you. Chose the advanced programs when you have at least 2 months of intermediate level experience. We recommend a MAT and a Reformer class per week for the duration of 2 months.

Springboard
The Springboard class is for people who have an advanced level and who are able to have a good control of their core. With the Springboard Machine, you will have to work harder to keep your stability and balance because of the independent spring system. This is a great tool to work on muscular imbalances. The Springboard repertoire is challenging but it is the next level and great for someone who is looking for more challenges.
