Beginner Pilates

Introduction

Refor-MAT is our beginner program that lasts 5 weeks, twice a week( 10 classes). It is a cross between MAT (Muscle Activation Technique) and Reformer. We will be alternating between those two during the 45 min class.

During this 5 weeks, we will get you moving from head to toes. You will learn all the basics of Pilates using exercises that incorporate resistance from the reformer springs and also you will learn how to work in stability on the MAT using a variation of small equipment. You will progressively feel stronger and more energized. The exercises will become more challenging.

What to expect?

By the end of the 5 weeks , you will feel stronger from your core to your limbs and ready to enter an intermediate level.

Fees

  • 5 weeks program if payed by e-transfer for $350+HST Payment by etransfer to sandrabonnpilates@gmail.com and use “Pilates” as the password.

  • If paid online by credit card processing fees are included.

Please register in advance of the following session. The starting date of the next session is posted online on our schedule. The class will only be held if there are three or more clients registered.
