What to expect?
This is a 4-week program focused on Mat Pilates, designed to introduce you to the essential principles of Pilates and help you build a strong foundation for your practice. Over the course of the program, you'll learn the basics of Pilates through exercises that promote stability and strength. You'll engage your entire body, moving from head to toe, and as you progress, the exercises will become more challenging. This program is ideal for individuals with little to no experience in Pilates or those on the road to recovery. We provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore the fundamentals of Pilates while improving your range of motion. With personalized attention and guidance, we ensure proper technique and alignment, helping you feel confident and motivated throughout your journey.
By the end of this program, you’ll feel more confident in your abilities. Our expert instructors are here to guide you every step of the way. You’ll leave feeling empowered and ready to embrace the challenges of Intermediate Pilates.
