One on one sessions

One-on-one sessions are designed for individuals looking to enhance their technique, and to refine their performance. These sessions allow the instructor to assess your range of motion and identify the reasons behind any difficulties in executing specific exercises. While not intended for rehabilitation, they cater to those who prefer an in-depth approach to their training. This setting is ideal for individuals preparing for significant challenges, such as a major hike, a marathon, or returning to a previous activity.

Fees:

Assessement: $120

1 session: $110/ one on one

2 and more session: $100/ one on one

1 semi-Private:$100/person, per session

2 and more semi-private:$90/person, per session
